Terms of service
These terms cover use of the Tao Track beta at taotrack.com. They were updated on 22 October 2026.
By creating an account or sending events to the beta, you agree to these terms. Questions go to [email protected].
The service
Tao Track is a web dashboard. It issues a click id, records landing and Telegram events, joins them with ad spend, and reports a funnel, cost, revenue, and return on ad spend. When an advertiser connects a TikTok ad account, the service can read reporting data that account authorizes and can send conversion events back through TikTok’s official API.
The service is software for the customer’s own campaigns. It is not a media-buying agency, and it does not place ads.
Beta
The service is in beta. Features can change, pause, or be removed. Access can be limited or withdrawn. Reports can be late when a conversion arrives late. Match rates with TikTok Ads Manager will not be identical, because the two systems use different windows and filters. The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular commercial result.
Accounts
You need an account to use the dashboard. You are responsible for the people you admit to your workspace and for keeping sign-in credentials private. API keys shown by the product are secrets. You can revoke them.
Your campaigns and your data
You confirm that:
- You have the right to measure the ads, landing pages, and bots you connect.
- You have the right to connect the TikTok ad account you authorize.
- Your landing page obtains any consent required before the pixel stores or sends visitor data.
- Your use of TikTok and Telegram follows those platforms’ terms.
You keep ownership of the campaign data and event data you submit. You grant Tao Track permission to host, process, and display that data so the service can run, and to send events to TikTok when you have enabled that. The privacy policy describes what is stored and for how long.
Acceptable use
You will not use Tao Track to:
- Show one page to an ad reviewer and a different page to a visitor.
- Change a tracking redirect based on device, IP address, or referrer.
- Send bulk or unsolicited Telegram messages, or automate ordinary Telegram user accounts.
- Evade a platform rate limit or a ban.
- Upload spend, revenue, or events you know are false.
- Probe or access another customer’s workspace.
Stopping use
You can stop using the beta and ask us to delete a workspace. We can suspend access if use breaks these terms, puts the service or another customer at risk, or conflicts with TikTok or Telegram rules. We will say why when we can do so without increasing that risk.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change. If you keep using the beta after that date, you are using it under the updated terms.
